The experience I had was fantastic! The service and paperwork was quick. The video of under my vehicle was the best part being able to checkout how everything was looking underneath. I would definitely recommend to others.

They kept me informed while doing warranty work on my car

Had my battery replaced at another Gm dealer. It failed in two days and had to get jump started. Called Lockwoods and talked to Blake. He got me right in and it was a defective battery. Hopefully this will take care of my 2025 Colorado ZR2. Been in the shop twice with engine issues with only 750 miles on it.

We got in on time for our oil change. The service technician came and got us when it was finished and walked us over to pay the bill. The office person was very friendly. We had some questions about laying the rear seats down and he came out and showed us . He was very helpful. We are always treated well at Lockwood’s!! We have purchased most of our vehicles from them and are pleased with having our vehicles serviced there.

Mike did a great job! He informed me about the leaks on my vehicle and called into my service contract promptly. He got approval instantly and got the repairs done in a timely manner. Anthony did a great job on the oil change and inspection video while Blaine took care of the seal leak quickly!

My new Traverse has had a strange rattle since I purchased it. Mike and the tech team have been awesome to deal with and they are doing everything they can to trouble shoot the issue!

Took my truck in and was expecting more info on what was actually wrong but only got a list of very over priced new parts that werent necessary. Replace both headlight assembly etc and I messed with it and there is a short in the wiring. Cost me $170 for nothing.

Even with the current construction and on going upgrades, the service went smoothly and communication between myself and the shop went very well!

Service was quick. Received a call about a recommendation on a filter replacement. Also received a video of the work done and comments on things that they saw. I really like that!

The issue with the crank case sensor was fixed. Then I was still having the same issue with the turn signal over correcting and when making a right turn would change to blink at the left blinker 3 times at the end. Nick took the time to go out for a drive with me and had it happen for him while we were driving. I have now got an appointment today to have my turn signal repaired today.

Didn’t get my”Service Tire monitor System” dash code diagnosed. Had some trouble with the oil change, but upper management assured me that I would be taken care of and left feeling confident again 😊.

Lockwood has been my go to place for servicing my Tahoe the last 3 years. They have been under construction for the last year or so and the day I went in for my service I was immediately greeted at the door and said please let me bring you around to the newest servicing bay/waiting area and it was amazing! Not only does Lockwood get you in and out as quick as humanly possible but to have almost a concierge type of service when you first walk up and shown around was awesome! I also appreciate the mechanic video taping my vehicle to show what might need attention and how well the vehicle itself is holding up. Top notch service team! Thank you! Liz
