Great service- professional quick service!

I was supposed to have the sim card module replaced. they did an oil change (that wasn't needed at all) and said it was done. Haven't had an extra 2-3 hours in my work days to have to drive it back since and get this corrected, nor has anyone contacted me to try to make this right. Even more interesting is their "full vehicle inspection" didn't include the service errors displaying (SIM card) or the fact that an oil change had recently occurred and was at 80% life and they did the oil change anyway without calling/asking.

We got in on time for our oil change. The service technician came and got us when it was finished and walked us over to pay the bill. The office person was very friendly. We had some questions about laying the rear seats down and he came out and showed us . He was very helpful. We are always treated well at Lockwood’s!! We have purchased most of our vehicles from them and are pleased with having our vehicles serviced there.

I this went picture perfect. To be honest it was easy. This would be the third vehicle we have purchased from Lockwood.

John was great, but he was swamped the day we was there. The process would have been smoother if he would have had more help. And we would have gotten a little more personal attention.
